Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request the following Google user data through Google's OAuth service:

• Your Google account email address and basic profile information, to identify which calendar is connected
• Calendar event data (create, update, and view events), to schedule and keep your mentoring sessions in sync with your calendar
• Free/busy availability, to check for scheduling conflicts before a session is booked

We use this data solely to provide calendar-syncing and scheduling features within the platform. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it, and we do not share it with any third party except service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver this feature. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from the Calendar settings in your account, or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting revokes our access token and stops all further syncing; previously created calendar events are not retroactively deleted.
